2Appointment of vendors
Selecting the most suitable vendor upon review of the customer’s production specification. With the unique know-how, JUWON PMS analyzes the performance and data of vendors to identify subcontractors’ production capacity, the performance of similar products, price, delivery, etc.

3Quotation
Submission of a quotation upon selection of a vendor offering the optimal price and delivery.

4Order and Production
Based on the historic nonconformity data unique to JUWON PMS, JUWON provides nonconformity data to the vendor, which needs to be addressed during production.

5Process Control
Providing weekly report to the customer on the progress of the order.
Providing a daily report to the customer on issues that require special attention -
6Witnessed Inspection
Perform pre-shipment witnessed inspection on the product upon request of the customer.
Check product quality through appearance, dimensions, and non-destructive inspections, compliance check with the customer specifications, and document review. Provide the customer with the witnessed inspection report, if necessary. -
7Packaging and Shipment
Notifying the customer with the expected date of shipment in advance and conducting the shipment upon consulting with the customer on the route of transport.

We provide timely A/S services to our customers.
